I personally would like to one day run a daycare out of the comfort of my own home. I would love to make an entire addition to my house designated specifically for that classroom. I realize that this would take a lot of money to start up, but the rewards would outweigh the costs.

You may want to look for some information (blogs, podcasts, web sites) on this type of business. I bet you could find all sorts of information about starting up and running such a business.
